Emily Masi, F.N.P., P.M.H.N.P.

Primary Care and Psychiatric Mental Health Services

Emily is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages at Palos Verdes Medical Group. From infancy through adulthood, she is dedicated to improving the quality of care and building long-term, trusting relationships with her patients.

Emily holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Concordia University Irvine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from USC. She recently completed a second board certification through the post-master’s program at Hawaii Pacific University, including an additional 650 hours of psychiatric residency training.

Her dual certification allows her to offer both primary care and specialized mental health services—giving PVMG patients streamlined access to psychiatric care within the practice they already know and trust.

Emily brings a wealth of experience to her role, having served as a Peace Corps community health advisor, expert clinical instructor in nursing, and emergency/triage nurse. Her background gives her a deep understanding of both preventive and acute care needs, which she brings to every patient interaction.

Originally from Hawaii, Emily grew up between Oahu and Southern California. She now lives in Palos Verdes Estates with her husband and their two young children.
