COVID-19 Testing

Our goal is to help you and your family stay healthy and safe. We encourage you to be proactive with you and your family’s health. Do this by maintaining your relationship with your current PVMG physician and visiting our offices for your ongoing medical needs. Children need to stay up to date with their vaccinations and if you have an ongoing medical condition, you need to stay current with your check ups and medications. Palos Verdes Medical Group is here to help during these difficult and uncertain times. We place our patients and their well-being at the forefront of everything we do. This is why we are offering COVID-19 virus testing (PCR), antigen testing, and COVID-19 antibody testing. Testing is open to both our patients and community members of all ages.

Please schedule an appointment for a COVID-19 test online or give us a call to schedule. To schedule online, simply click “book an appointment” above or in our website menu. For COVID-19 testing, please bring your insurance card and come to our office during your scheduled date/time. If you are a new patient, you may download and print our patient form to bring to your appointment. We will also have patient forms available. COVID-19 tests are administered inside of our office in Suite 319.

At this time, COVID-19 testing is covered at no cost by most insurance plans. As always, we encourage you to call your insurance company with any questions.

TEST TYPE:
We are using PCR and antigen tests and testing via an interior nasal swab.

TESTING LOCATION:

COVID-19 testing is administered in our office (Suite 319). We recommend parking on the top (3rd) floor of the parking structure for easy access to our office. There is an entrance to the parking structure on Indian Peak Road that takes you directly to the top level. Once you enter the parking structure from Indian Peak Road, veer to the left (away from the movie theater) to park closest to our office.

TEST RESULTS:

Results are provided same-day. You will be notified via email or phone of your results. Please remember that we are available 24/7 for our patients! Those coming to us just for COVID-19 testing also have access to our healthcare professionals for COVID-19 counseling and questions!

INSURANCE AND BILLING
